Overnight, there was a rainstorm but that’s fine because now the air was clean and a steady breeze blowing that fresh smell of the ocean. You fill your lungs with the fresh air and decide to take a walk at the beach where the dune grasses sway in the breeze and sparkle in the morning dew.
Wild flowers have appeared on the dunes, and you notice dune bunnies hiding, some run away but one stays still, giving you an opportunity to gaze and take in the scene before you.
Calm seas, full sails and the breezy quiet punctuated by seagulls chattering overhead. Any sailor’s fantasy just doesn’t get any better.

My neighbor’s daughter set up a gym in their garage and she with a friend would work out to hip-hop music with the door up. I was about to tell them it was too loud when I started dancing to the music, it felt familiar. I closed my eyes and “saw” the music as well. I opened my eyes, they were dancing with me. This image is what came out of it
